SABINILLAS - Nearest town to Casares apartment.
Traditional Spanish fishing town on the Costa del Sol with seafront promenade, restaurants, bars, supermarkets etc.
The beach is one of the highlights of Sabinillas, a long expanse of well maintained sands.
One of the favourite things to do in Costa del Sol is visit street markets. Every Friday in Sabinilas plus on Sunday mornings, the famous Sabinillas is a big car boot sale and market on the Costa del Sol.

PUERTO DE LA DUQUESA— A beautiful marina surrounded by bars and restaurants but it still retains charm and a quiet environment.

Casares is virtually untouched by tourism.

SOTOGRANDE - A quiet area based around a marina and only founded in 1962. Beaches, marina, restaurants, bars, shops.
Famous for golf courses and polo fields.

PUERTO BANUS- Hang out with the rich and famous in glitzy Puerto Banus on the Costa del Sol.
Designer shops, boutiques and bars centred around the one of the most famous Marinas in Europe - a must have on your list of things to do in Costa del Sol.
Enjoy a stroll next to the impressive yachts and luxury boats.

MARBELLA   - Marbella means 'beautiful sea' in Spanish and is  the Costa del Sol coasts' most jet set haven.
With beach, esplanade, shops, bars, restaurants and some of the finest tapas bars in Andalucia.
The old town on Marbella has a maze of small boutiques and shops and cafes around 'The Orange Square' with rows of orange trees.  

GIBRALTAR - A little piece of Britain in the sun, with its duty free shopping.
Visit the rock, St Michaels cave and see the Barbary apes.

 

RONDA - The road from the coast to Ronda passes through the whole mountain range from south to north with lovely scenery.
Ronda lies on top of a rocky projection with vertical walls and is one of the most interesting towns in Andalucia.  Famous for its dramatic escarpments, views and for the deep El Tajo gorge.
